Real Estate I spent seven years in the Savings and Loan Industry

Adrian “Ace” Palmer
moved to White Salmon in 1953 with his parents, where he went
to school and graduated from CHS in 1967. After school Ace
moved to Seattle seeking adventure and employment. He found
work with Pacific Northwest Bell (now Qwest Communications)
and worked there for over 30 years, ending a varied career
as an engineer designing data networks out of Portland, OR.
Ace and his family moved back to the White Salmon area in
1998. Ace likes to golf, travel and hike the areas back trails
with his wife Jane. You Can hear Ace play his guitar Sunday
mornings with the Grace Baptist Worship Team!

Hi, I am Jeremy Denny, Father,
Husband, and REALTOR.
I am a full time agent that will work hard for my clients.
I believe that customer service is the first priority in real
estate dealings. I have a background in customer service from
my previous career in the golf business and understand that
the most important thing to a client/customer is honest timely
communication.
I grew up in White Salmon, graduating from Columbia High
in 1992. After college my wife and I moved to Palm Springs
CA and lived there for two years, we returned to the Northwest
in 2000 and moved to Vancouver WA. On September 15, 2004 we
had our first child Sophie. We then decided to move back to
our roots here in White Salmon closer to both our families.
We are very excited to be back in the area. And look forward
to being a big part of our great community.

Golfing , Anything with the outdoors

Ronda Bresin Crumpacker:
Real estate in the Gorge is just as unique as the individualistic
people coming to the area. More often than not, I find my
clients are here for all the same reasons that led us to this
magical place in the early 90s. Clients become friends, and
working with friends is what its all about for me. It
feels great to help wonderful people fulfill their dreams.
My husband and I left the corporate world and moved to the
Gorge in 1994. We settled in Underwood. We share our little
slice of heaven with our two children, an extended family
that has wisely relocated to this area and a fun loving group
of friends from all walks of life. Over the years, our family
has made an effort to give back to the community, by working
with area youth, as well as the economically challenged. As
one of the founders of the White Salmon Valley Education Foundation,
I have dedicated much of the last several years to raising
money that will supplement school budgets for generations
to come.
The business skills I developed working in both the corporate
world as a marketing director for Reebok and in my own international
sales company for ten years, serve my clients well. Every
deal seems to involve a healthy balance of relationship, marketing
and sales. And, of course, sheer persistence and consistent

My hobbies include: biking, yoga, skiing, snowboarding, windsurfing,
hiking, running and basically anything you can do outside!

Shirley
Cox has been a full time agent and Associate Broker
since 1987. Working in a rural area requires a multi=-talented
and diversified real estate practice.
Mornings may find her at one end of the county showing or
listing a farm or orchard. Later in the day she may be working
on a commercial property in town. .
She is also very community oriented, serving on the following
committees for the City of White Salmon: Community Action
Planning Advisory Committee, City Budget committee, Site Plan
Review team as well as Chair of the Planning Commission.
Shirley holds a GRI designation, is a member of the local
Mid-Columbia Board of Realtors, Washington Association of
Realtors and NAR.

Tom Brown:
My wife and I moved to White Salmon in 1993 to build our
home in the Gorge and take advantage of the many outdoor activities
the area has to offer. Whether I'm windsurfing, hiking or
fishing I'm constantly reminded of what a great place the
Gorge is to live. I have enjoyed over 20 years of success
in the real estate business and I continue to approach the
business with the same enthusiasm. I work hard for my clients
and my track record speaks for itself.
My wife and I have made many good friends from all walks
of life here in the Gorge and I appreciate the working relationships
